Today in Texas Government we were talking about the hurricane, and we were all pretty much in agreement how horrible and sad it was. That converstation soon turned into a discussion on gas prices, everyone started getting so mad about how high it was getting. Yes, i understand they are pretty high, but there are more important things going on in the world. I started getting angry and i raised my hand and brought up the point that, thousands of people have lost their homes, have no where to go, have lost everything they had, cant even get a fucking bottle of water, and they are sitting their, in an air conditioned room, with there sodas bitching about how they have to spend 15 more cents on a gallon than they did last week. The room grew silent, and my teacher looked a bit uncomfortable. After the silence broke i heard someone behind me cough and call me a bitch. I didnt mind though because i think it was the truth.
Fuck those poeple huh?
I was listening to 590am on the way home and this lady called in and was talking about how her husband had been keeping journals since he was a kid and had pretty much wrote in then every single day, and how they were all gone, and she began to cry. The whole situation is just horrible and sad.
You all know i am not one to get emotional at all, but watching these poeple on the news crying, not knowing what to do next, when they will have a place to live. Its just heartbreaking.
I really wish i could do more.
I went down to salvation army between my classes and gave them bottles of water and some canned food. I know thats not a lot, but i just dont know what else to do.

Alright, so for the past few months during this ridiculous Tom Cruise and Katie Homles dumbness, i have kept my mouth closed. I decided to let them do whatever they want for however long and just laugh about it. I ignored tom's craziness on Oprah, and ignored anything Katie ever had to say. But today my friends was the last straw. After a good time at the mall with amanda checking out all the hot young undersaged boys, we went back to get place to enjoy beverages and watch some tv. I turn it to BET and who the fuck do i see on the countdownshow, motherfucking tom cruise. They are all joking around about the love of his life katie, and then, here comes that crazy bitch walking across the stage to tom. Seriously folks, this has gotten way way way way way out of control.
Everyone go to Lords of Dogtown, it fucking owns in a great way!

Man. Last night i was at a party and this boy in one of my classes was there. We chatted. He's extra cool, and neither of us know what the hell our teacher is talking about most of the time. He invited me to go to a show tonight, but i cant. Perhaps thats good. Who knows.
Yesterday i didnt get out of bed till around 8pm. Pretty much the only time i got out bed was to get up and get my laptop from my desk...and when i went to chuys with kelley. But as soon as i got home i got back in my pjs and went back to bed. Thats just a bunch of silly talk.
I need a change.
